When I decided to become a certified life coach I thought it was selfish to invest in myself.  I thought it might be a waste of money for me to join the Life Coach School. 

How many times have you spent time or money on things that you decided later really didn’t matter or didn’t add value to your life or mind? 

I used to overspend my time, money and mental space on things that added no value to my life. Every single time I invest in Me, I experience so much growth in my brain, my life is so much better for my investment in myself. In the last year I have experienced so much positive growth because of my investment in myself.  I have learned skills during the last year that have helped me begin to manage my thoughts, to improve my relationship with myself and other. 

Be brave enough to love yourself and make investments in yourself. You deserve the benefits of investing in yourself.
