I am a Certified Life Coach and my passion is to help people like you transform your life and your relationships. We are not going to improve your relationships, we will transform them. I know this is a bold statement, so I will prove it to you!

As a wife of 39 years this year, a mother of adult children, and Mema to 2 precious and precocious grandkids, I can tell you, relationships are sometimes challenging.

Our relationships need to evolve. My relationship with my adult children is very different than it was when they were ages 0-18.

I believe that we grow up with our kids, and sometimes we get stuck in certain stages or ages of our kids.

The same can be said for our romantic relationships and friendships.

ALL relationships exist only in our thoughts. Our thoughts are what create the relationships we have, with everyone.

I have completely transformed my relationships with my husband, my adult children, my grandkids, my family of origin, and my friends by using the tools that I teach in my relationship transformation class. My purpose in life is to help you learn these tools to transform every relationship in your life.
