Recharge Your Battery

How often do you plug in your cell phone?  How do you feel when your phone only has 1% battery left?

Personally I feel a sense of panic! My thoughts run something like “what if I miss something?!” ” What if someone can’t reach me?! “

Self-care is a priority, not a luxury! But we treat self-care as a luxury.  

Taking a nap (resting) feels like a luxury when it could be a priority for self-care. 

Soaking tired muscles in a hot bath, seems like a luxury, but we are allowing our mind and body to recharge, reset, and prepare for the work ahead. 

Allowing our mind to rest and have limited screen time is a form of self-care. 

Self-care begins with self love. Give yourself the gift of self-care and self-love.
